ABOUT ME
Creativity has been essential for me for as long as I can remember. I have dabbled in many creative outlets but music (songwriting or dance) and fashion design seem to be the ones I am drawn to most. I am also interested in the human psyche, so spent much of my adult life working with people in welfare or as a Psychotherapist. It wasn’t until I hit my thirties that I decided to go back to uni to pursue my creative loves and since then I have really focussed on helping others to move through their emotions and change through creativity as it has been the thing that has helped me the most too. I am currently working as a creative mentor with people with disabilities (mostly mental health diagnoses) and making for my own fashion brand as well as writing and performing as Lady Rae.
